Dama tv Wardrobe is true to it name

November 29th, 2007

If you still don’t have a refrigerator with a LCD or a bed with a rising screen or a plush hot tub integrated with a bright LCD then worry not buddy. I have a perfect piece of furniture that shows off the most wanted LCD – the Dama TV wardrobe. This sliding door wardrobe comes with an integrated 32" LCD HD-ready TV. And what’s novel is that you can actually slide the doors open with the LCD running in the back. Coming from Technopolis, it is equipped with a sliding and projecting door that is 100 mm thick. The screen is preset for the new digital and high definition transmissions, in a 16:9 scale, completed with a HDMI link. And if you think that you’ll have to tackle the dangling wires then you are wrong. An integrated mechanism hides in the connecting wires that go through the inside part of the door and are situated above the cover of the wardrobe. Featuring gloss grigio perla lacquered panels and panels with special reflecting glass for the TV, the wide side frames are presented in grey oak.

BenQ intros MP511+ DLP projector in Indian market

November 27th, 2007

BenQ’s MP511+ isn’t the swankiest of PJs, but it should do just fine in the average boardroom, classroom or living area. The DLP projector sports an SVGA (800 x 600) native resolution, 2000:1 contrast ratio, 2,100 ANSI lumens, BrilliantColor technology, VGA / component / S-Video / composite inputs and the ability to "adjust

red, green, blue, cyan, magenta and yellow independently for hue, saturation and value." Additionally, this unit boasts a wall color correction feature that enables you to satisfactorily view content sans a white wall, and it shouldn’t whir above 32dB while in operation. Considering the ho hum list of amenities, the Rs 31,499 price tag seems about right (if not a touch high), and apparently, you can snatch this up in the States for around $619 if it tickles your fancy.

Panasonic SC-PTX7 HDD Jukebox Theater System

November 24th, 2007

The main unit houses the DVD player and receiver along with an internal 80GB hard drive - that’s enough storage space for over a thousand hours of audio recordings (depending upon the choice of compression), whether ripped from a CD or taken off of the AM/FM radio or analog sources like VCRs. And yes you can even transfer audio from your iPod to the hard drive using an included dock. There’s also an Ethernet port for joining a home network, transferring over non-copy protected music from a PC and accessing the Gracenote music database online for album and track information. The Panny has a mini-set of the database preloaded onto the receiver for convenience, but connecting to a network is automated to where it doesn’t make sense not to use it: after I plugged in the Ethernet port and went to the relevant section of the quick setup, it took care of the network settings and that was that.

firm has finally come clean and given said unit a proper title and release time frame. The DLA-SH4K, which obviously packs that awe-inspiring 4k D-ILA chip, touts a 4,096 x 2,400 resolution, 10,000:1 contrast ratio, 3,500 lumens, a dual-link DVI input, multiscreen mode, an Ethernet port for remote operation and RS-232 / USB connectors to boot. Additionally, this thing will even email its owner when the time comes to replace the lamp or if some error occurs within, and while it’s still sporting the elusive "open price," interested consumers will have their chance to take one home in January 2008.

Fuchsia Pink Sony Bravia HD-ready KDL20S3070 stands out from the rest

November 21st, 2007

According to a recent survey most adults want a big screen television this Christmas! So I thought of bringing your notice to the funky pink (so it’s only for girls unless ……) Sony Bravia HD-ready KDL20S3070. Err, it isn’t really a Big screen at 20 inches but then it might be a big one for your girl who wouldn’t mind a Fuchsia Pink Sony Bravia. This television is ‘high definition ready’ which means it has the ability to display high definition signals with the addition of a separate HD receiver. HD

broadcasts are at a much higher resolution than regular analogue or digital broadcasts and have greatly enhanced picture quality. The level of detail is astonishing with clearer, sharper and more vibrant images. It features an integrated digital tuner for a wider choice of terrestrial channels, plus connections to link the TV up to your computer. A fast response time means fast-moving images such as sports or action sequences remain pin sharp, without any motion blur. And, a high 4000:1 contrast ratio produces more depth, richness and picture detail. For £ 445 ($1,000), you definitely cannot expect a Big Sony Bravia and that to in a gal-pleasing shade.

A small LCD TV by Logitec: the LTV-1S350P

November 20th, 2007

With a 3.5 inches LCD monitor, this TV really has what it takes to be called "small" or "mini", using a DS with a 1Seg TVtuner may be as good or better…but this one features an AM/FM radio, the EPG (to display TV channel informations), the OneSeg TV Tuner is part of the deal and the autonomy is set around 6 and a half hours (can be recharged through USB).
Dimensions and weight are cool : 135g and 116×12.3×76mm.
Price and resolution were not communicated….
