The Panasonic Viera TH-37PX70 is a 37-inch plasma HDTV with a resolution of 1024×720 with stretched pixels to fix the widescreen ratio. The set offers a great look with a black gloss finish on the thin frame surround which reduces the overall size of the HDTV. The Panasonic TH-37PX70 offers two HDMI inputs at the back which support the new HDMI 1.3 standard to extra bandwidth and deeper colors, component, 2x scart, VGA PC input and a CI slot which enable you to add subscription channels to the internal tuner. The TH37PX70 can handle 720, 1080i and 1080p resolutions, but the 1080p resolution will have to be scaled down to fix the avaliable pixels.
