I researched LCD HDTVs for about 2 months, not only online but going to several stores to talk to the personel. I was leaning toward a Panasonic LCD, by comparing the stats. But after talking and reading A lot, I finally decided on a Samsung HDTV. Also, most HDTV salesmen said after looking at TV’s all day long, they would go for a Samsung.
I was very pleasantly surprised when I realized that Amazon was in line with the lowest prices available. I have dealt with them many times and knew I could trust them. I would have bought a Panasonic, if money were no object. But my wife and I are very pleased with this purchase.

I have a 42 inch Samsung LG LCD flat screen TV.It is 1 1/2 years the screen started going black. we had sound but no picture. After about 6 months of this we had no picture at all. I will never purchase another samsung product.

LCD looks great, 40 inches is a nice size for most peoples rooms anyway. I saved even more money buying it online at 1 Stop Camera & Electronics.
