The 46-inch Sony KDL-46W4100 LCD HDTV comes from the brilliant W4100 series, which builds on last years extremely impressive and well received W3000 series (which I own and love). The Sony Bravia KDL-46W4100 was only announced a few short months ago, but very quickly caught peoples attention. A very stylish bezel surround the Full HD 1080p LCD screen which offers the highest and best HD resolution, which will be particularly well received on a large set of this size.

The KDL-46W4100’s “jack pack” includes four advanced HDMI connections that will ensure maximum picture quality as high-def formats evolve. Sony calls them 24p True Cinema capable, which means they can accept the 1080p/24 output from a Blu-ray player. Most movies are originally shot at 24p (24 frames per second), so this feature lets you see video in its most flawless form. One HDMI input is placed on the side of the TV so it’s easier to hook up an HD camcorder or video game console.

It’s not necessarily ugly, just not particularly attractive.
