Toshiba Japan has expanded its REGZA line up with the ZH500 and ZV500 series. The highend ZH500 offers 56 and 46 inch models with full HD display at 120 Hz, 4x HDMI (1080/60p, 24p) inputs, 3x Ethernet (with DLNA support), 2x USB, Bluetooth, Firewire, SD slot and a DVR to record your favorite shows on the 300GB hard drive. The ZV500 has two model 42 and 37 inchers offering full HD and same features ZH500 except for the onboard hard drive. However more disk space can be added over the Ethernet via an I-O Data REGZA drive wrapped in DTCP-IP DRM. The ZV500’s has a newly developed speaker system which reduces distortion and other disturbances thanks to the use of Bamboo fiber. Pricing starts at $3500 and goes all the way to $6000.
