104tokyoday1-176_550x367.jpgThis is not a good news for the other tv makers.

Sharp has showed off it’s 64 inch super-sharp LCD at Japan’s CEATEC show - drawing mesmerized crowd all over it’s booth.

The resolution is 4x what you see in your current HDTV. Better still, you could divide the monitor into quarters and watch 4 videos at once. No more tv wars in the lounge.

It’s resolution is an insane 4,096 x 2,160 resolution and the picture was said to be very, very sharp.

Don’t ditch your plasma or lcd yet since this unit is currently marketed for those film or tv producers and medical researchers. It will only make it’s way into the mass market in a few years.
