Ahah! I know what you’re thinking. This is not a conspiracy to make you buy a tv for those little ones. No! no! I’m not the one who make that declaration.

Instead, it’s a team of Italian doctors who said that. The study was done to see if kids who are about to get their blood test would react differently if they have been watching Tv prior to the test.

Kids who watched Tv said they don’t feel much pain. Kids in the other 2 groups ( one that didn’t watch tv, the other had their mother in the doctor’s room) said they had higher pain ratings, with little difference between the two groups.

So .. for those of you who are about to go to the dentist or is about to have a major operation – the moral of the story is this.

Buying a plasma Tv and watching it daily will help you in the operation theather. I didn’t say that.
