As with most 50-inch plasma TVs, the native resolution of the 50PC1DRA is 1,366 by 768 pixels. Video input connections are located on the rear and face outward for easy access. Video-connection options include a pair of component-video inputs, two HDMI ports, a VGA input for PC use, and a CableCARD slot for use with digital cable service. Separate RF inputs are provided for cable and antenna reception—essential if you want to receive free off-air digital programming and box-free cable service at the same time. Front-accessible A/V inputs located behind the left edge of the display include S-Video and composite-video connections.
