Epson Japan has announced two additions to the Dreamio line of LCD projectors with the EMP-TWD10 and EMP-DM1. The EMP-TWD10 (pictured above) is expensive than the later and packs in 720P – 0.55 type 1280 x 800 LCD, Stereo speakers, HDMI output and a lamp with an output of 140 Watts, 1200 Lumina and a contrast ratio of 1000:1. The EMP-DM1 on the other hand lacks a HDMI output, supports resolution of 854×480 pixels and delivers a contrast ratio of 3000:1. Both the models are fitted with a DVD player and come with USB ports for playback of MP3/WMA and JPEG files. The TWD10’s projector section can be rotated 180 degrees. An interesting accessory is the ELPCR01 whcih lets you projects on the ceiling. The Epson EMP-TWD10 and EMP-DM1 projectors will go on sale in Japan from September 19 for 150,000 Yen and 95,000 Yen respectively.
