All light hold devices have some degree of motion blurring in fast moving images or videos. Light hold devices include DLP, LCD, Plasma, CRT, etc. Smooth 120hz is a unique Mitsubishi technology in the 833 series 1080p DLP TVs and 144 and 244 series of 1080p LCD TVs. This feature displays more fluid, natural and smoother fast moving images, free from motion blur. Removing motion blur and improving motion performance requires innovation and expertise. By unlocking a new level of motion reproduction, fast motion scenes are now much smoother and natural.
