The HC4900 is an entry-level full HD projection solution. Its 3LCD technology, auto iris function and 1,000 ANSI lumens of brightness offer striking, realistic and contrast-rich images, while the quiet fan produces a barely-noticeable 19 dB. The projector is equipped with amazingly advanced technology for today’s home cinema systems at a very attractive price. Like the HC6000, the system also features an exceptionally long lamp service life of 5,000 hours, which keeps running costs to an absolute minimum.

The new products are part of the Mitsubishi Electric strategy to build up its range of full HD projectors. Presented at the IFA 2006 as one of the first home cinema projectors with full HD resolution, the HC5000 – with its Silicon Optix HQV technology for peerless video processing – is technically superior to the HC4900 and will continue to be manufactured in the future.

With three models in the premium segment, Mitsubishi Electric now offers home cinema enthusiasts an impressive selection of high-quality, full HD systems. The company’s latest projectors will be on display at stand 201/202 in hall 26, where specially-erected cinema rooms will show the latest blockbusters in full HD quality (courtesy of Paramount Home Entertainment Germany).
